Job located in Lexington, VA: Oversee the operations and integration of an extension of The Georges Inn; Responsible for the general management of the Inn including the financial, operational and administrative responsibility of the hotel, and legal and local compliance; Hire and train staff to the highest standards of service; managing the purchasing of hotel equipment, furnishings, restaurant ingredients, and other supplies to ensure that the guests enjoy a luxury experience. Requires a BS degree in Hotel Management or related field and five years of experience managing a luxury boutique hotel. Exp must include managing fine dining and managing a hotel renovation and expansion.
